Colonix and Toxinout Review: Day 3
It’s late and I’m exhausted, but I should still update. The headache from yesterday was gone when I woke up. I went four times today — same situation: didn’t feel rushed, quick, painless, normal looking. I did experience some cramping in my foot this evening. I’m not sure if my electrolytes are getting out of whack. I did cave again today and have a diet soda. But in an effort to minimize my cheating, I went out and bought some Pellegrino and limes.
